@@retnavybrat you’re absolutely right! Showing class means NOT stooping to that level. Kate, for instance, is classy, poised, elegant, intelligent, and beautiful enough to shine WITHOUT having to put others down, regardless of her opinion of someone.
Meghan isn’t my favorite royal by any means but I can’t STAND when people put her down in an attempt to contrast her against Kate....that is an insult to Meghan AND Kate. Her class speaks for itself and Kate would never let bitterness and dislike towards someone show through, regardless her personal feelings and she probably cringes when she sees people being nasty and hateful and bullying online in any association with her name. She doesn’t want her legacy tied to that type of nastiness.
That goes against everything she stands for and what makes her such a beautiful and gracious soul. The very thing that makes her classy is that she doesn’t sit well with or associate herself with that type of petty and unrefined behavior.
Just my opinion...I think Kate would want her fans to take a leaf out of her book and be gracious and kind, and if they don’t have anything nice to say, not say anything at all, because that is the caliber of person that she is and the type of person that would be worthy of her respect.

Annette Carmody No need to apologise. You are entitled to your opinion. I happen to agree with you. This is my favourite outfit of the Duchess of Cambridge. She looks beautiful. I am able to give credit where credit is due. For me this tour was where she really did look like a Consort. I loved every outfit she wore and she carried herself so well.
Now, Catherine has had years to perfect her role and to fully get to grips with the particular proclivities of the House of Windsor. The Duchess of Sussex on the other hand has been in the job five minutes yet the expectations on her are huge. She can’t sneeze without it being misconstrued and twisted.
She is stunningly beautiful in my humble opinion and given time and a little bit of respect will prove her worth. We have seen glimpses of that already. So, why can’t we be fair and give credit where it is due? These women are both doing the best they can, let us champion them both irrespective of our favourites, by appreciating one doesn’t detract from the other. Meghan is great. Let us embrace her and respect that she has chosen to represent us.
