Love your videos guys! I live in Southern NJ and just had a Leisure Pool Installed. I kind of feel like my contractor rushed to get the job done. He definitely did not do all the steps you guys listed. I do have a hallow sound in the center of my tanning ledge and during the concrete installation my concrete contractor is noticing a slight bow in the middle of the one wall. UGHHH I'm so pissed off right now. I'm waiting to see if Leisure Corporate is going to call me back.
Hi The Company Entertainment! Glad you found this webinar helpful. Couple things here: 1. The hollow sound does not indicate the shell is in a compromised state necessarily. 2. The bow in the wall can be remedied. Sounds like the installer let backfill or water to get ahead of the other so there wasn't equal pressure on the wall during the backfill process. Once it's all finished you'll enjoy the heck out of the pool!

why or why not is concrete a good/bad choice instead of block grout? i was thinking of under-filling and side-filling 4 inches thick of concrete around the the outside of the shell... good/bad idea???

Is it necessary to pour concrete piers under the ledge supporting blocks.
Do you have to pump the grout if you can’t get cement truck close to pool? Or can you buggy it ?
Also do you have to pack stone under the steps?
Indeed! Pack as best you can, and let the flow fill the void for a rock solid install!
