That's crazy because I just broke up with my now ex-bf (mutual breakup) and I decided that it would be best for me to do what I want and that was the gym. I started not too long ago, and it has helped me so much because I can think about it but be able to come to peace of mind. I struggled to understand how to develop physical intimacy in my relationship and my ex recently left me as a consequence of losing our emotional connection and attraction after.
