- This session is super wild; I played for 8 hours on the 5/5 and 5/5/10 tables at The Gardens in Hawaiian Gardens, CA. It was full of bluffs, binks, hero calls, huge pots, so I hope you guys enjoy it. This session definitely highlights some of the swings you might face in a single session of poker.

I would be interested in hearing what you would do if hands went a different way, such as if the player on the hand at 14:40 would of bet, what amount you would fold at or retainer etc. think hearing the different plays you would react to hypothetical actions of your opponents would be interesting and further educate us.

For the hand at 14:40, since I had a missed draw by the end, if my opponent bet the river I would’ve instamucked. I don’t think I would’ve bluff raised in that situation

I've faced that kind of action facing QJs before. It's a pretty common hand to threebet - fair enough, we've all done it - but facing a fourbet, that's when you quickly fold your queen-high. Someone forgot to tell him that last part. Oopsie.

We've all see then pay to see a hand after the hand ends but I don't think I've ever seen it during. Didn't think that was even possible. Also surprised it was allowed at the Gardens. But if it works, then by all means, get the info and make the play accordingly.

Haha well to be honest the fishiest people left, and I’m not one who believes past luck on a table = Future luck. Plus the main game I’ve been trying to grind these days is the 5/5/10 so that’s where I’m trying to spend my hours
I dont understand the guys line in the 76c hand. The deal on the river would have turned that into an instant call for me. From what I've experienced, people who angle weird after playing strong/weird lines have more often than not been trying to bluff.
Also, loving the editing and the punt skit. I tend to listen to poker vlogs, but I cant do that when you make it fun to watch too

ppl usually tend to lie about having a good hand or a bluff, but percentage was fine around 16% to justify a call? he could still have 87dd or a rigid funguy maybe blast flushdraw. got 9 outs from flush then with what bh and maybe 3 q's and 3 7's (since flush) is around 34% with the 2 percent per card and per 4 1 extra

what do you think the best buy in for home 1/3 game that has uncapped buy in
I think it depends on a couple things.
1. How much edge you have on your opponents (the more edge, the deeper you can go)
2. What stack depth are you strongest/most comfortable in (for me it’s 100-150 BBs). That’s the biggest reason I don’t buy in super deep
3. Bankroll (don’t buy in for too big of a chunk of bankroll)
But if I were buying in to a home 1/3 game I’d probably buyin for $500 personally

Not sure if Jun was angling with pocket 10’’s or he really thought they were that good. It’s not like he dominated that board, with second pair and no draws. I’ve seen this happen a few times at gardens, guys telling me to fold for my own good, but never had anyone offering a rebate.
Yeah it was a little unclear to me what he was thinking - maybe a mix. Either way, I’m always under the mentality that at the end of the day, my final decision is my choice, for better or worse
no question it was an angle, especially with the Ace on the turn. If Jun really wanted to give a friendly hint, he would've just re-raised All In after the flop.
