QTs seems like a fine open but usually bottom of my range in that config. I feel like that's gotta be an insta-muck. Your opponents 3! range has QTs dominated unless he's willing to 3! really wide like weak 8s and 9s and a bunch of offsuit garbage.

In both scenarios where you said you 4bet the flop, isn’t that just a 3bet on the flop?

No, the first bet is the blinds second bet is the original raise 3 bet is a Re raise A Raise of a Re raise is a 4 bet and so on.
