Tanker 74-2 does have an Opticom strobe on it , if you look at the front of the rig at the top above the windshield you can see the white rectangular strobe. The rig may have it but the city may not have the traffic signals wired up with the opticom sensors so the strobes on the rigs are pretty much useless purchases.

I get what you mean now. Yes there was points that it stayed high for a minute, but towards the end of the response they called down and had some wide span pitches.

Should really try stopping at red lights before you kill someone. Get an opticom, itll help with your red light issues.
