Wild goose chase for multiple overdoses

Two ambulances and the Utility truck respond in search of multiple patients possibly overdosed in a vehicle. When the vehicle wasn't located at the reported place, units split up and checked other areas. Ultimately the vehicle had left the area prior to EMS and law enforcement arrival. Thanks for watching!

Roll with Engine 74-1 to two medical assist calls, one at night and one during daylight. With medical calls accounting for 90% of fire department calls, additional assistance is frequently requested. Headlights are dull on second video
Can anyone explane to me why it was necessary to use siren and bullhorn at 3am on roads virtually devoid of traffic, to my mind a complete lack of consideration for the sleeping population
Safety reasons, never gonna know when your gonna encounter traffic or a hazard
Liability. And people are quick to sue
Fire departments have been found liable in the past when collisions occur and the sirens were not activated. It has nothing to do with "lack of consideration," that's just part of the game if you live off of a busy road.
Safety, lights are on. Siren is on. Don’t matter if you’re sleeping or whatever. The safety of my crew comes first, because if we don’t get there safely then we are no use to those who are calling 911
This was not a dispatch to a smoke alarm call, this was an enroute confirmed call to a structure fire. Lights and Qsiren(not bullhorn), augmented with 200amp siren and air horns--yes, all the way!

Curious how many times to encounter a train at those crossing. I know the trains are slow. Going to Gumboro Rd di the camera do an injustice or is it that hard to see where your are going it looked dark with you lights on

The closer stations were probably already sent as automatic aid on dispatch of the structure fire, or were requested as mutual aid shortly thereafter.

18 minutes to get on scene, unbelievable, a house can burn down in 5 minutes, I hope this is not there standard. Whoever’s plan this is , you need to do better, township you need to do better, fire dept.’s you need to do or demand better. Anyone can tell this is piss poor planning all around the table 30 minutes and more trucks are just arriving on scene
not everyone has a fire station next to them. I am in MI, I had a house fire. Mutual aid got here before my township did. Township station is like 9-10 miles away. Years ago I was a volunteer in ND our dept covered 20-30 sq miles

The type of Electronic Siren that Brush 74 has is a Federal Signal P.A. 300, it's just a guess, I really don't know.

based on the length of engines and flat roads, probably not in PA. Also, based on apparent age of firefighters, i'd is volunteers responding to daylight call, and at least one tanker, my guess, they saved the basement, but may have kept spread to other structures.

Maybe, just maybe, they’re firefighters responding to an emergency where a camera isn’t their first priority.
The turnout of this incident was over 45 not including the response and transport the batteries won’t last forever
E71-1, Why are you running in the Right-hand lane and not the Left (when you have multiple lanes)? It is a bit more dangerous than otherwise since drivers are supposed to pull over to the right (hahaha yes, I notice they usually freeze or don't). Passing on the right can lead to many legal problems if a collision occurs. Nice work at coming to a Red signal and waiting to cross til traffic yields. Perfect. 6th due? Based on what we saw on your arrival every other closer station had just 1 unit? maybe there was a Truck?. T74 likewise, passing on the right? Get up closer and wait til traffic moves over, be safe
