    Have been going this for almost two years, I used to have a back pain due to office work, but this practice released all the pain while introduce a sense of relaxation.

    Amazing practice! Even though I’ve learnt few other yoga practices from Isha, this is one of the practices I do regularly! Helps me to stretch upper back and lower back and relieve stiffness because of sitting for long hours

    Thanks for the post master Sadhguru yogi I have been doing yoga Asana since as young as 5 through my grandpa. I can touch my forehead with my toes while standing and I'm 6'3 in height.       It seems - someone, who has lost the morale courage to speak directly, now finds it expedient to indulge in a soliloquy, instead - completely out of context ! How disgusting it looks !
      What a strange equation, indeed, it is - blaming someone else so as to coverup one's own shortcomings/undoing !
      Infact, it's the other way round ! Someone, who has become absolutely deaf, dumb, speechless, clueless, helpless, and defenceless in finding the right response to the moot question, now finds it expedient to steal from my narratives elsewhere in this august forum itself, and, copypaste it as one's own, being virtually run short of vocabulary, and is now trying to dodge/deviate from giving a direct response ; and instead, indulging in irrelevance bordering on absurdities and strange reasoning so as to coverup one's own shortcomings/undoing, having no other recourse left with one ! The archive of CZcams will amply testify to this fact ! How farcical and hypocritical it looks !
      How right was the great Socrates in his assessment in saying - "I am wise, because I know - what I didn't know ! Most people are ignorant about their own ignorance !"

    Which channel is recommended for right yoga practice? Vinyasa, restorative and ashtanga. I saw in one of the sadhguru's video that most practices nowadays are not in its orginal form which could create problems.
