  • It’s a self-made concept I came up with to explain the strange walking pattern I have.
I believe it’s related to some form of Vestibular/Balance or Proprioceptive (body awareness) insensitivity
Autism doesn’t just come with hypersensitivity in everyone… some can be hyposensitive
I’m aware that other Neurodivergent’s like those with Dypraxia experience something similar…
But as an Autistic person, do you relate?

I feel so validated! I’m a VERY wormy walker and it feels like always apologizing for accidentally cutting off and/or accidentally tripping whoever I’m walking with. 😣

This is the first time I hear about this, I always thought it's just me who can't walk in a straight line😄. But in my case it seems to be ADHD.

Same bro, i have to distract my brain to stop my self from trying so hard to walk "correctly" sometimes. I let myself worm walk a lot of the time. If people don't like it then fk em.
