CZcams creators these days: ChatGPT generated text + text-to-speech + random unrelated stock videos and images + not checking the resulting video. "Suitable materials have not been matched yet, we suggest you replace them" message at 4:43 mark LOL. I wonder why do you upload only 1-2 videos per day? You can do much better with such a low effort. Try harder!

The question is why Portugal didn’t conquer Spain and the rest of Europe.. since Portugal dominated half of the world

That's a very interesting question! While Portugal did establish a significant colonial empire and played a major role in maritime exploration and trade, it was primarily a naval and trading power rather than a military one. Additionally, maintaining peace and trade relations with Spain was crucial, and several treaties and alliances, such as the Treaty of Tordesillas in 1494, divided their spheres of influence in the New World. Portugal prioritized its trading empire and did not focus as much on military expansion in Europe.

@@TheAmericanHolder That’s not accurate. The empire was build by the Templários, which is a military force, also the Portuguese battles are one of the most powerful dominant at that period, mostly over seas. The first time cannons were used in a boat was by the Portuguese. They destroyed cities with them.. and there are many famous battles were having a bigger and better enemy they manage to win. The technology the Portuguese developed was way head other nations. Maybe that can be a topic to explore. Good luck with the channel

@@Benito-lr8mz what is your argument for that statement? Did you study Portugals history? They had the best technology and dominate half of the world.
