They are not keeping all those WRs while still trying to build up the OLine to protect Burrow. Everyone discussing Mahomes but no mention of Butker with his 4-4 field goals with one being 57 yards and breaking a record for longest made field goal in Superbowl history. Kickers don't receive enough credit where credit is due as I am not seeing hardly any mention of Butker. As a Chiefs fan, Mahomes is great, no doubt about it and Mahomes deserves the credit. However, Butker made 94.3% of his field goals this season which contributed to their success too. Butker had a huge impact during the regular season and an even bigger impact for the Superbowl. In my opinion Butker should be at least mentioned as a Superbowl MVP too. I am surprised there was no mention of him in this video or other analyst videos as much as he should be. I mean Butker's total points scored in Superbowl is more than half of the total points scored by the Chiefs at 13 points. Four made field goals and one extra point.

There is no coincidence that Burrow, Allen, Hurts, Herbert, Lawrence, Jackson (to an extent) are all dynamic QBs who can scramble but also have a great arm.

Been a Chiefs fan since 1969 and I love watching Mahomes. But terms like GOAT should be reserved for end of careers and then considered against the teams they played for. It's a team sport and teams seem to take a back seat to the hype.

Ravens was a top 5 rushing team and decided to become to Colts during the early Payton years and attempt to throw the ball 65 percent of the time... KC has a good defense but with them not having a lot of size ( pause )you can run the ball and tire out the defense and open up the play action... Teams fear the quick scoring ability of the Chiefs and try to make it a complete passing game forgetting they don't have that same quick score threat they had with Tyreek... If you look at all the playoff games that KC played against good defenses it was a 1 score win

In my opinion, Mahomes doesn't need to tie Brady 7 rings or surpass him with 8 to be called the G.O.A.T. (For me) all he needs to do is do 3 things Brady didn't do in his 23yr career. (1) Win next year's Super Bowl and 3-peat. (2) Win his sixth Super Bowl ring in half the time it took Brady***Brady won his sixths in his 19th Season. Mahomes just finished his 7th year as a player and 6th as a starter with 3 SB wins. So, all he needs to do is win 3 in the next six years. (3) Not lose multiple Super Bowls. *** Brady was 7-3 in SB*** If Mahomes goes 6-1 and retires in his 12th or 13th year as a starter. After just winning his 6th ring. He would walk off as the G.O.A.T.
In response to the pre-national anthem or what some people call the black national anthem. I would describe it as an inclusive culture national anthem. I did know the words as I had never heard it before, but I am not intimidated to learn more about it and hear it more often now since introduction for myself at super bowl. You know, something that does not get talked about very much is the block extra point. If that extra point had not been blocked, then the San Francisco 49ers could have easily won that game by one point. It would have forced Kansas City to make a touchdown and not just a field goal to tie it and send it into overtime.
