Our dumpster and junk removal business has been on fire lately! The hustle is real, but the rewards are paying off and we're constantly looking for ways to reinvest. That's why we're super excited (and a little frustrated) about this brand new storage building we just took delivery of. It's about 4 months behind schedule, thanks to some communication hiccups with the manufacturer. Let's just say they weren't exactly forthcoming with updates. But hey, the wait is over and this bad boy is ready to roll!
Now we just need to figure out how to assemble it....
To keep things fun and our spirits high while we navigate this building adventure, we've taken on a special project - building our very own classic roll-off truck. It's a chance to celebrate our progress and get our hands dirty in a different way. Talk about a conversation starter! It will be more of a fun truck rather than a work horse when it finished. But just the minor updates so far have me excited.
Of course, the party can't last forever. We've also got multiple apartments in the middle of rehab, so there's no time to rest.
The big question is: will this ambitious juggling act lead to a glorious expansion, or will it all come crashing down?
Stay tuned to find out if we can compound our success or if this is a recipe for disaster!

Great idea because I’m a welder i welded a nut on the end of the shaft smaller than the shaft so the handle can still slide over.

So I use a modified socket for years now, and what I can say is not every drill can pull this off, so be aware, but I have raised and lowered, semi truck tankers with a higher end dewalt with a two speed gearbox

Have the same issue at my storage facility. So I rented spots out to food trucks and put some vending machines with drinks and snacks in them might be something to look at!

You are responsible for anybody that’s on your property if anything happens or anybody gets hurt they can sue you and they will say well. There’s no fence around your property or no signs so you must at least put up no trespassing signs violators will be prosecuted. Just talking to you with many years of experience.
I have gates and a bad dog sign. 2 people on different days 1st day a guy couldn't read the push button for doorbell. People think I have a huge dog. It's a chiweenie. He walked into the yard and my dog went at him. He kicked it once, it just made the dog mad. He jumped up the back of the guy and bit him on his right cheek. Drew blood. Cops came, he went to hospital. My dog recieved 4 treats for a good job. I wasn't liable for anything. Guy was trespassing. And got his reward.
2nd guy knew my mini rhottie bites. After he got bit on his right cheek. He tried everything to get me in trouble, again even though I knew him, I never gave permission to come in my yard. He paid his own emergency room bill, cops said have a good day.
Those orange trucks are multiplying. Looking forward to the erection of the building because right now all I see is a bunch of sticks, but what do I know about buildings.
Heed those warnings about a powerful drill or impact drill, or your wrist will be out of commission for a while. Speaking from experience 😂
I'm curious how well that jack and drill would work with a full load, say 10-14k pounds, probably more drill related than anything id guess

Hey my hydraulic pump is clicking on my dumpster it’s a maxxd 14’ what does that mean ?
Battery is super low, or your solenoid went bad, or hydraulic level is low. Basically the only 3 things that ever cause an issue!

@yodabomb2018 there should be a plug attached to the tool box somehow. You want to plug that in like every other day! I plug mine in every night
