Keep up the good work bud
This game is fantastic. Playing Partitio the merchant, and having a blast so far. It's amazing how they improved over the already incredible first game.
Yeah he is very helpfull at battle
@@YamatufaGaming I still believe that Osvald's story is reminiscent of Sweeney Todd ever since that demo. Both protagonists has lost everything after being framed for the crime they didn't commit, and now they seek retribution. Ever feel the same feeling?
I fell in love with Partitio and his prologue broke my heart to pieces.
@@Hailstormand it definitely pulled on my heartstrings too
i chose partitio too and i noticed im pretty under leveled. am i the only one? lol
"Here. Medicine. Goodnight". Sounds ominous, especially with the OST XD.
3:25:00 I knew it there is different dialogue from each starting traveler. I heard him spoke about Throne, and it was not what he said at all. So if Partitio isn't your first choice, then when you recruit him he'll have something to say with the traver you did choose. That's freaking awesome.
Nice
Thank you so much for uploading this. It deserves so much more likes for how long it took.
Thank you!
Okay, the first few minutes already sold me. Now I will buy the game.
Dang , partitio's story is kinda crazy, what a tale of deception and deciet. i wanna keep watching to see what happens with that storyline
This game looks like a old school Final Fantasy, I'm getting hooked here.
I can say this game can (almost) replace classic turn-based RPG like old FF, Chrono, LiveALive,
where FF is becoming Action-RPG now.
@@adult11252 the textures loading in and out if fixed yes
Octopath 1 was awesome. Octopath 2 is legendary
Interesting game
so does veron always cannibalise doron or does it depent on who you damage the most?
I enjoy the osvald introo soo much❤
With regards to your video description saying you're okay with people using your gameplay footage in excerpts.... I've recently learned that Square Enix won't take down videos of their music if they have gameplay in the background. I'm considering (haven't completely decided yet) trying to upload the soundtrack for people. Problem is, I have no means to record. So I was wondering if you would be okay with me using your footage for that if I decided to do it. I would need to use a decent amount of your footage (albeit in chunks of minutes at a time) which is why I ask
I understand completely if you say no, but I figured it was worth asking
Once again the Scholar is going be my favorite character aren't they?
This reminds me of the old Ragnarok games.
I played the demo version of the first Octopath Traveler but the story just wasn't intriguing enough. This one however, the story seems grander. And I heard it's way longer too.
I wonder if this game has plenty of side quests.
I think the narrative is significantly improved from the first game, and each story is more distinctive. Worth a try if you love gameplay from the first one.
I saw the combat but how is it? Is it like crimson gem saga where if you get a critical hit(I believe, it's been awhile) you can do a follow up attack (same person) & attack em for an extra time? Or once you attack the character attacks multiple times on their own? I like games where I'm in control of the attacks, otherwise it feels more like I'm watching then playing which defeats the purpose for me
There are a free demo try it out.
Price drop helps, osvald/castii seem interesting and 1:57:32 warden.
5:36:50 Just like Therion's Chapter 1 mission
graphics are so blured, is there a soliton for that?
One piece x octopath 2 crossover now 🤩
I am 3 seconds in, have no idea what this game or the franchise is about, but i want to say: 6 hour prologue??? ☠️☠️
8 hours / 8 characters
Roque feller?😆
3:53:13
Song name?, anyone?.
Octopath Traveler II OST - Soliloquy (Disc 3, Track 10)
Mucho texto, el juego
It's a pretty-looking talking game...
1:00:00
2:00:00
3:00:00
2:59:00
Did they make this game on PowerPoint
So much blurr here in this game, looks stupid.
not gonna hate but 60 euros for this game? no thanks
The textures loading in and out are awful square should be ashamed
I would of bought this if it wasn’t turn based. Turn based has got to be the most boring gameplay mechanic ever created. What kind of boss just stands there while you cycle through attack or magic hahah smh 2:16:52
And i bought it becuse of turn base! you see people are different :p
I cannot disagree it is outdated, but it also has its charm. You may need to look at something else, like FF16.
@MJJ I know this is your opinion, but if you're gonna have one at least have a be informed. Because yours reeks of ignorance.
@@adult11252 I disagree. This is far from outdated. It's paying homage to traditional RPGs of the past while modernizing certain aspects. If you equate the usage of sprites to outdatedness, then you're free to think so. But it comes off as pretty narrow-minded.
@chrishunter9185 Could you please guide me which word I say "Sprite = Outdated"?
I don't say sprite is outdated, but I think it's typically for a general audience to think turn-based RPG is outdated (and outdated is not always bad, imo if it's still worked).
I think turn-based RPG is a niche market now, which is not bad. They still can sell well if you are the right target such as me who already bought this game.
$60 for 70 hours? nah too expensive. if it's not $1 per 2 hours of content it's overpriced. period
do you have the scene where ochette and hikaru talk about the dark hunter?
