Brutal, Larger than Life Boss Battles
A reanimated demon lord, a colossal centipede, and a five-headed hydra are only some of the myriad massive and fearsome monsters and yokai standing in your way.

Dynamic, Weapon-Based Combat.

check out my second channel and sub there, thank you
I’m totally stoked to get this game soon! Thanks for the gameplay video! I’m a sucker for games like this. Hardcore action and nigh-endless gameplay loop of dying and trying! ☠️💀☠️💀☠️
I can't really promise if there will be another part because the game isn't the best for a walkthrough it's a game like Dead Cells (Rogue Like) if you know it, you know that you die a lot and you always start over, because of that if more parts come, there is a lot of trail and error until I get rid of the next boss.
anyway enjoy the game a lot but its very hard xD
This game is much harder on the nes version.
I totally love japanese style!!!!!!!! I don't know why but I feel it looks like Demon Slayer.
Because its Japanese ? And you fight demons with swords , maybe ?
Well he slays demons!
I agree though this is so beautiful. I'm not even that into Japanese stuff but this is captivating. And I LOVE these style of (at least what appears to be at a glance) a Metroidvania games. I'm gonna pick this one up
Hey awesome gameplay. What hardware do you use for recording your switch games?
Game looks awesome to me, my kind of game.
i love this game BGM NES Version
So... what do you think about it? Is it good enough... as Dead Cells, for example? (great video, by the way!)
Yeah alone the japanese art style is just awesome
@@YamatufaGaming what I’ve thought! Thank you!
will we have it on ps4? this game looks sick
Boss rush or select stage available?
How do you saved instead start the beginning
Looks smooth, but i really hate grinding. meh
How do you go back to Estate from a level? I cant figure it out..
Have to beat the boss then walk to the last gate
Does it release the physical ?
I bought the deluxe version for the original game… where do I play it?
I got the normal Version sry
Bought it, too hard, and you can’t just level up, you have to find out attack moves of enemies and if you die too bad, back to the very very start. It’s a game for people who like hard games.
Hard games are dope.
Thank you. I was so confused about why I kept going back to the start of the game. Now I know I have to beat it in one try. That's just ridiculous lol.
@@gilbertopadilla3611 if you know dead cells, practically it is a clone of that game but WAY better and more contents. Nevertheless, i like this game too.
is there only a digital version for this game? No limited run edition or something. Hate those download shit...
Right now only Digital :(
@@YamatufaGaming Konami needs to at least gove some pennies to the game department but I guess they want to become nr. 1 in pachinko business...
From Konami ?!? What a suprise
Ohhh yes never saw it coming
This is a sorta remake of one of their oldest NES games, Getsu Fuuma Den (1987, damn!). It didn't come out in the West; it was more of a typical action adventure game, kinda like Zelda 2, but IMO better. :p Quite a few enemies/bosses are the same as back then, with some improvements of course.
@@mariusamber3237 yeah thanks for the Information
No music ?
Does it run at 30 or 60fps?
its 30fps on Switch, at least 60fps on PC
Is it true that this game require internet connection to be played?
Nope
How’s performance?
Very smooth
Is this related too an old skool arcade game??
No, this game is related to a Famicom (Japanese NES) game called Getsu Fuuma Den.
@@randomprofile5853 i just saw a play thur of the Nes game.
Never played it myself.
I got it mixed up with the Namco game.
Thanks for replying
i don't get it how you die and lost every progress and how you can upgrade your weapons, is too complicated smh :(
It is, but if you play more and more u will understand the game and how its works upgrade etc. Its pretty easy
Physical release??
Digital version only at the eShop.
Why i got a feeling the game system is kinda like Dead Cells?
Yes its 95% the same and if you know how its works then better.
@@YamatufaGaming yeah. Im a huge fan of dead cells. Gonna get it now.
Enjoy it its fantastic
Thought the empire once known as Konami had fallen many moons ago...
60 FPS
Yes its run very smooth
in switch its 30fps
wondering this as well
Warning...this game looks horrible on OLED switch
It looks fine to me.
Kind of annoying UI as once died have to start all over, kind of non user friendly
