I hv 2 lipo different brand, they are great. I have 2 solar panels but for better emergency power I have a dc to dc charger with dual alternator, one dedicated to dc. My truck is my quiet generator.

Yes, It would. It would run for maybe 2 hours at that amount of draw before it needed a recharge.
That's a pretty huge battery. Figure a 4W CB (legal) divided by 1280 Wh, you would be able to TRANSMIT on that big guy for over a week (4 Watts/1280Wh=320 hours).
Be careful with solar panels and their regulators, both are notorious for making radio noise.
I have had some minor issues with solar interference, but grounding helped a lot.

the batteries in EV cars will last 10 year at most. So this is a bargain compared to it

@@FarpointFarms lipo is lithium polymer. You have a life. Much more stable. Just saying I would be scared of a lipo that big in the house.
