Man how I would love to see the 6 hunters and the Alimbics again. The scene where the 6 are trying to crack open Goria is amazing. It's too bad Rundas, Ghor, and Gandrayda couldn't be part of a reunion lol.

This looks amazing. Hunters is the only Metroid game I've not completed (due to the hand cramp inducing controls), so I would love to see a remake on the Switch

I will never understand why Nintendo just flat out doesn’t consistently optimize their games with visuals. Like Honestly. Great looking Video btw lets hope Nintendo mixes this taste for Visuals with their already stellar gameplay in MP4 👍
These are probably how they originally looked, I imagine they made the cutscenes as if it was for the Wii graphics and then downscaled them and reduced the number of frames for the ds.

Considering the circumstances and the fact that a team couldn't even make a 2D metroid (Dread) for the DS and this team pulled off a fully fledged 3D one focused heavily on multiplayer. We're talking underrated status here.

0:38 - 0:41 Where was this cutscene? I've beaten Prime Hunters campaign twice and gotten all the cutscenes but I've never seen this before!
I think that only plays the first time you enter the oubliette
@@Voldjaw That scene shows the ship descending, but not Samus jumping out of it (because the ship goes even farther into the satellite). Curious as to where that bit of Samus jumping out is from too.

The upscaling did wonders on this one. Often times it can look pretty bad, but I wouldn't even be able to tell this was upscaled if it didn't say so.

i have to say this, in 0:50 this is the closest thing to a Remastered model from Prime 2-3, and maybe this is what she's gonna look like for the Remasters on Nintendo Switch

They really should have brought they on Wii U when they had the opportunity, but now the switch is out, and unfortunately, it's lacking the two screens.
If Nintendo ports the Metroid Prime trilogy to Switch, I would love if they ported Hunters with it and completely overhauled the game.

I so want a remake of this for switch, tho if they were to do it there's a few things I'd like,
-Bigger maps with puzzles that utilizes new abilities
-More upgrades (no beams)
-update the bosses and minibosses i.e. change them so we don't have the same two bosses
-space pirates
-update to the hunters
I think that's about it I'd like to keep the multiplayer the same and I'd definitely keep everything that's currently there, just add a bit more substance to it and update the visuals and this could be an amazing metroid prime title
(I loved the game don't get me wrong but i know it's a contraversal game and not everyone likes it, so these changes might make the game more likable)
And add metroids somehow, maybe throw ridley in there somewhere
