  • Jaewon Jung visits downtown Las Vegas after a local business owner posted that "Businesses in the arts district are under attack, daily. We continue to beg for help from the City of Las Vegas, but where are they?"

    No matter how much "renovations" the Arts District gets it is still a dump. I went there one time and I noticed the large amount of homeless people there. I'm never going back there again because I don't feel safe.

    It's really concerning to hear about the vandalism downtown. Hopefully, the city comes up with effective safety measures to protect local businesses and the community.

    1960s: hobos.
    1980s: homeless.
    2000s: transients.
    2020s: unhoused.
