Carlin is the GOAT of GOATS. Not only the funniest, but more than likely the most intelligent comedian all time. He said when he was a kid his mom challenged him with new words and phrases everyday. He literally knew how to use the english language better then nearly anyone.
Carlin thought that Pryor was smarter and funnier than he was. It's kind of subjective.

Also Michael Jordan has pointed out there were other players better then he was (LOl), it's called being modest and humble with respect for your peers. You'd look like an asshole coming on TV and claiming you are the best, you let others do that. Comedy central in 2004 had a top 100 comics all time #2 was pryor, #1 was carlin.

I think when people say save the planet, they mean keeping it habitable for life... when the planet went through a lot of these things like asteroid strikes, etc. it resulted in a lot of species going extinct, or it was just at a time when life didn't exist at all on the planet.

The best thing humanity can do for the earth is to get rid of itself if it's not selfish. Think about that blink and how uninhabitable it could make earth for us.

The world lost something so special with the passing of George Carlin. That man told it like it is like any great comedian should but the thing about George is that his comedy was deeper than just comedy it was actual truth-telling that opened the people's eyes about ridiculous things. Like saving the planet. Or my personal favorite his bit about who exactly does and does not have a right to complain about things go go on in America.
His theory that is 100% correct and yet always gets push back...... Is that if you voted for the person in power and you don't like the way things are going you need to shut the fuck up because you're one that put us here. He says that he doesn't vote at all and therefore he is one of the few people who has a right to criticize absolutely everybody because he had nothing to do with that person being put in power.
People like to say that if you don't vote you shouldn't get an opinion but that's absolutely ridiculous. It's beyond ridiculous it's downright low IQ thinking.
Do his “American Dream” It’s his best, imo.
