the entry tricks were pretty tame this year... the drop should be the initial focus imo, not the final jump
I agree, this is starting to turn into a slopestyle event rather than dropping into Corbets. Maybe they should add a massive bump run to see who really has the full skillset of giant gonads, bumps and jumps; maybe some old skool ski ballet at the end ?
Yeah, no triple backflips or 900's into the chute, so tame...
hes just saying that there have been double backflips in the past but now they just doing singles and stuff instead of throwing down hard
it's because the landing was difficult this year, a lot of people crashed at the drop in.

Who would have known that Lonny Ball’s first descent would have morphed into this. Totally the best year of competition
I get the reaction that some of these guys had less than spectacular runs but consider all the videos of good skiers trying to get the courage just to drop into Corbets and ski out of it in one piece. Not too many slopestyle courses are bounded by tight rock walls followed by hidden rocks. Every one of these guys has my admiration.

How did the snowboarder make top 5? A switch 540, then a 720 melon. Very weak. Not even close to what the skiers threw down

I love snowboarding, but I started with ski's at around 2,5 years old before getting my first snowboard in around 96' and the age of 6.. Man, I just have to say that it's absolute hell to ride after several skiers have gone down the same slope.. This is not hating on skiers, it's hating on the tracks the ski's make in this kind of terrain.. You'll walk like a spider that broke his tail bone and shit itself for a few days trying to tame those bumps unless you pu**y-foot it..AND I have to say that the shots here doesn't even come close to justifying the steepness and the height of these drops..
Just like normal, snowboarder drops in chute and scrapes the whole thing out...

wow 720 and 1080 off a single jump and these people still think we would not notice. not much judging going on at that jump. you would think when they put the jump in they could plan around there own 1080 and 720 not having value either way. there side must be really full that the judges all never show to corbets for them to use the actual number they are trying to push as something they did. what a crappy big jump. like seriously. hope your crew spins 720's and 1080's then says its called corbits.

probably where the 720p meets up with them trying to go ski as people. such a cheap combination of group. top 5 from corbets ? id never show up to this. and the 720 and the 1080 are rubbing. next you expect me to think the video story and the snow story can even be unmatched.
