Uuhhhfffff.... Oh my oh my!!!!!!
I've been waiting for a video like this to get a better understanding of the gameplay. Just lovely..... so so crunchy, loooove it!!!
The only thing keeping me away (apart from price) is that this is what i do for a living.
Lololol
Great video!!!
So tempted.
Really clear explanations! I've only played Kanban EV once, and look forward to getting it back to the table.
All of that said great work explaining almost everything in the game in just 8 minutes. Kudos!
Cheers thanks so much!
Great review, short and extremely definitive. I review your review 10/10. The bigger boardgame reviewing youtubers should take tips from you! Well done!
Very well done. A less than 10 min teach video is amazing, keep them coming.
Thanks, will do!
Just to clarify: in the design department you can’t take from the first 3 piles unless you are certified
This is wild because i just ordered Kanban EV last night and was coming to you guys for something to listen to at work. Low and behold.
The synergy is realllllll

Woo! Love me some Kanban EV! It's been my favorite game for a while!
Yeah it's super good!
This and Lisboa are the only 2 Lacerda games anyone needs. Kanban EV is a masterpiece.
Oh wow amazing! Kanban has been sitting on my shelf for months! Haven't been able to work up the motivation to learn it yet.
You got this
For the most part each individual action you can do is pretty simple. The complexity of the game comes in trying to put all your actions together throughout the whole game to be efficient and effective. Also, the rulebook is very easy to follow for the most part.
That being said, how the cars go around that track in the R&D department and the scoring in the meetings are a bit obtuse.
Wow, what great timing. I literally just ordered this game (and On Mars) as my first Lacerda games.
Oh wow that’s awesome! Hope you enjoy!
We have just at last purchased On Mars and Kanban as well as they have been out of stock in the UK for ages. We will start with On Mars - I hear that is possibly the hardest Lacerda game. We have played and really liked The Gallerist, so looking forward to some more great mechanaisms/design and graphical beauty
We tried Kanban Drivers edition, but it was hard to understand the rule book. This is the only game we couldn’t completely figure out how to play. I think we need to play this with someone who already knows the game. We really want to try it again. It has been over a year since we tried.
Ah right on. I agree games like this would be helped greatly by having someone who knows the game well teaching you and helping guide the game experience
I've only played the first edition Kanban. EV looks much prettier, but it also looks more busy and confusing to my eyes, but maybe that's just lack of familiarity. Also Kanban is the only Lacerata game that made sense to me the first time around. Most of the actions make sense, and each department has only a couple of things to do, without a lot of rules overhead. The tricky part is the timing of things in the game and how the individual player choices drive when things happen and what gets scored. A rapid fire rundown like this makes it seem more daunting than it is.
Also when you build cars it costs 1-2-2-3 shifts 😬
