That estate agent is a completely unprofessional, dizzy woman! First she forgets all her keys, making her client turn around for them, adding another hour to her schedule, then she shows her a ruin, which would cost hundreds of thousands to renovate. She then gets lost, before showing a property without a parking space, which was at the top of her client’s wish list, and lastly, shows a property which is double her client’s top end budget ‘just to show the potential’ What an airhead 😮 I was speechless!
She's absolutely useless;what a time waster! I can't believe though how cheap houses are on Costa del sol! Here in Auckland New Zealand you now struggle to get a decent house under $750000NZ... In many suburbs house prices average a million plus.
I remember being in a typical Spanish restaurant and people from Great Britain not speaking one single word of Spanish started demanding Fish and Chips. Also some Germans entered that small restaurant and wanted an Austrian style schnitzel with mashed potatoes.
