    This is quite some encouraging news. Nigeria will be a gold mine for production as soon as security improves. Hopefully, the roads and rail network will also improve.

    Electricity supply is worse now. They have forced my area to Band A without power supply improvement. The DISCO's don't have the capacity to supply up to 20 hours in Nigeria. This is a scam.

    Dagote pricing is an arrangement between him and the govt to control the price of diesel. Dangote is trying hard to get into Tinubu's good books, having been fingered in the forex debacle orchestrated by Emefiele, the former CBN governor. Until Bua refinery and the other public refineries come on stream and actual competitive pricing kick in, I will withhold my excitement for now.

    Heard that the Dangote refinery imports petroleum from the US, what gives?🤔

    • @fatfarmers7360
      @fatfarmers7360 Před 26 dny +3

      Because there was no enough crude supply to feed the refinery. What is hard to understand there. Nigeria is boud by agrrement to supply crude to other countries within and outside africa and that is how nigeria as a country generates most of its revenue and for that reaosn, sometimes they cant meet up with the supply to dangote refinery and thereby the refinery has to import crude.
