Not knowing that the band (or actually the singer) did not in fact win the 2007 Eurovision song contest but only was a runner up despite clearly doing SOME research on this. One sin to CinemaSins.

This movie was a blast. Jason, Rose, Melissa, her friend, Alisson and even Jude for the most part, all were so hilarious. Still fun to see this.

Fun fact: Jason Statham was very reluctant to take a role in the film because he wasn't a comedic actor. The director just told him to play it like a typical Statham character. Paid off!
If this movie is actually getting a sequel (which I hope it does, this was a really fun movie and I love spy movies in general), this is the weirdest way to learn about it

I don't know why you would say this film is not hysterical and plays like a tired sitcom when in fact we put this film on WHENEVER we need to laugh and enjoy a bunch of actors who are fully in command of their comedic timing!! Spy is one of the most underrated films around!!
Literally every Aldo scene had me in tears. This movie was so good that I had to get it on dvd.
The bloopers are amazing also!
One scene that he could not finish was wishing to die inside of Melissa's character when they were both held prisoner.

I can't believe you didn't give a sin @2:18 for the bad guys firing at Fine's feet instead of him, but you have a sin for the rat droppings on the cake when Nancy specifically says that the rats are in the CEILING so there is no way that they could have eaten the cake. Minus 2 sins for CinemaSins.
This movie was hilarious and every scene with Stratham is comedic peak.
The best line is Jason saying “fucking made it didn’t I” after turning up in a new suit at the very end.

Using a 3D printer to print 3D parts that would ultimately allow someone to construct an endless (and paper-thin, mostly cost-free) production of 3D printers in order to then sell those aforementioned 3D printers as a get rich quick ploy was a plan that should have been Xerox-ed to any entrepreneur.
Question is one of materials-sourcing-overhead and the labor if you havent built a robot for that yet

Still the best of the Melissa McCarthy movies. It's oddly incredibly graphic, but the support actors nail it.

Okay the “using a made-up state” sin really got me. It was punchy, and having lived in Delaware, i can attest, it’s made-up. Every part of it is really just an extension of the state in closest proximity
This is one of my favourite movies of all time. It’s like a satire of typical Bond and spy movies, but it has enough finesse with the perfect mix of dramedy in its own right. The direction and writing are so well done.

I feel like she's best when she isn't written over the top, but the over the top stuff is what puts butts in seats

Jason Stathum was a scene steeler,. He was the best part of this film. Honorable mention, Jude Law obviously had a great time playing a legit douchebag. I'd love to see a spy comedy with Statham and Law. That would be brilliant!

What's stopping the movie industry from making a new character/franchise to fit that role instead of changing a preexisting character/franchise for the sole purpose of riding off its preexisting success? They could even make her 009 or something and exist in the same universe doing her own thing while James Bond is doing his somewhere else since it's not like MI6 only has like 3 field agents. They could even do the occasional cameo that makes it look like her movies are taking place during his movies, such as a casual encounter with Gustav Graves (from Die Another Day).

I only watched this movie because of Jason Statham. I expected him to kick a lot of ass like he always does. Instead, he was absolutely hilarious. In fact, he was the only funny character in the entire film.

Unfortunately, while Paul Feig himself has prepared for the sequel, the studio seems to forgot that the movie exists. And with the fact that Disney buying Fox and now Feig has signed a deal with Netflix and Universal, I doubt a sequel will ever gonna happen

Just ask the Naruto Universe how a known terrorist is allowed to show their face in public as if he didn't skin a bunch of kids or killed their leader in the past just because he helped saved the world purely because it was either that or live in a dream like state, which is totally redeemed reasoning. Even just like Fast 9. Sure Dom's suddenly appearing brother did a lot of bad shit, but the people he worked for suddenly didn't sit well for him, so he's totally good for doing the bare minimum of preserving his own life.
+1 to the CinemaSins Sin Counter for suddenely and drastically speeding the intro's up - ive spent years get comfortable with the timing of the intro, and now i have to hear it shoved down my earholes within two seconds??
