Kahaniya | Choreography by Amita Batra

An amalgamation of learnings from Boundless by Amita's Movement and Creation Intensive, a 20-hour intensive centered around the techniques, ideologies, and exploration within dance and how to translate that onto camera.
The style of this piece stems from Kathak, the Indian Classical Art of Storytelling, as well as Modern/Contemporary vocabularies & the piece stems from the idea that women's stories are interconnected & the fundamental relationship we hold with one another stands the test of time.
