The 17th AFRIMETS with Dr. Henry Rotich

The 17th AFRIMETS General Assembly and Related Technical Meetings will be held in Nairobi, Kenya from 29th July to 2nd August 2024.
Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS) is thrilled to have delegates from 48 member states and various global Regional Metrology Organizations joining both physically and virtually.
The Intra-Africa Metrology System, or AFRIMETS, is the African Regional Metrology Organization responsible for harmonizing metrology activities across the continent.
Dr. Henry Rotich, Director of Metrology and Testing at KEBS, is serving as the current Chairperson and I got to sit down with him and break down the importance of this 5 day event in Kenya.
