A month ago the Dallas Mavericks traded Kristaps Porzingis to the Washington Wizards for Spencer Dinwiddie and Davis Bertans. Dinwiddie was having a bad season as a Wizard, but in the Mavericks offensive system that is centered around guard play in 5-out sets he has been thriving. The Mavs have an 11-3 record with Dinwiddie playing including wins over the Golden State Warriors, Miami Heat, Utah Jazz, Boston Celtics, and Minnesota Timberwolves, while tonight they will be playing the Houston Rockets. But Dinwiddie has helped this offense reach the next level as he's a 3rd shot creator and playmaker next to Jalen Brunson and Luka Doncic, and he's hit some big shots off Luka like his game winner against the Nets, game winner against the Celtics, and a clutch dagger against the Warriors.

Dinwiddie is legit already the 2nd best player on the Mavs after Luka.
He is the best decision the Mavs have made in years. His presence is elite and will push this team to win the first round in the playoffs
Kidd and Cuban have mimic the 2011 roster: Dirk = Luka, Jason Terry = Spencer Dinwiddie, J.J Barea = Jalen Brunson, Shawn Marion = Doe Doe, Peja Stojakovic = Bertans, you are missing Kidd himself, but that's also Luka in a way. I would add Bullock toughness can some what rival Tyson Chandler's toughness, but as a legit center Dwight Powell isn't it.
Yeah I actually believe a center is all this team is missing now. They have offensive creators that fit the scheme and some nice role players, just need a legitimate big that fits scheme as well.
Great vid again, love that you mixed in some humour unlike other bb breakdown vlogs. At first I was skeptical about this trade. I was hoping for the mavs to make a move on haliburton instead. But seems to work out just fine. If they can somehow trade for either Valanciunas or Markannen to give them a shooting big and another 3-D wing that doesnt need the ball that much in the offseason they will be truely dangerous.

I spoke with another NBA creator last weekend and he thought that I should mix in more personality into the videos, ultimately that is what sets creators apart from each other and makes us different. And I absolutely agree, Dallas can build around this core of Luka, Brunson, Dinwiddie, and DFS to create something special.

You could probably also throw in some hot takes and ranking videos from time to time since those are the kind of videos that attracts the casuals. Although you'll be risking your reputation but you seems to be very knowledgable so you'll probably be correct most of the time. But keep this kind of contents for basketball purist like us 😁.
That’s definitely something I could try out. And I get what you saying when it comes to attract casuals. I’ve been trying to find a good combination because the types of vids perform well in search are things like these. Definitely some more experimenting to do!
