Thanks for the update! So glad you guys are okay, and that Deb wasn’t hurt when she fell. Please don’t go outside in high winds unless you need to go to a safer dwelling. Many people are hurt or even killed from flying objects. Also, trailers can tip over, and people can be severely injured. If possible put the kitty in a carrier and run to a concrete structure with a pillow over your head for protection. Stay safe and God bless. ❤
I went through a similar situation recently. Being a survivor of the Joplin tornado, I have much anxiety during storms. After seeing other r v's that were torn up or rolled over I felt as if my cargo conversion was the safest thing to be in. Not only was my trailer Safe, but without damage. You We're obviously in a Well built trailer. The damage is minimal and you guys are safe. Keep on livin.
We cancelled out of Hickory Creek this weekend because of the potential thunderstorms. Glad you all are okay. Back in May we were camping at Prairie Creek and had a tree total our trailer. I’m now very “gun shy” of camping in the trees with potential for severe weather.

Glad y’all are ok. That’s the main thing. We had a Very windy thunderstorm with lots of rain here last night. I see apples from our trees that are on the ground. Our barbecuer is strapped to the banister on our deck and their stretched to the maximum. We live on the side of a mountain here in north central Washington state and I don’t see that any of our pine trees went down.

We're sorry we couldn't visit. Actually, we were (and still are) on the downhill side of Covid. If it hadn't had been for that, we would have happily invited ya'll to stop and visit a spell. We'll be in the area from now through November. Maybe we'll see you again.
