Criminal Appeal Bail Application - Remote style 🤓

Hey guys welcome back onto my channel! 😬
Here is a practice of an appeal bail application in the Crown Court I did for one of my advocacy classes, hope you find this helpful.
Also I am aware that I am constantly saying “ummm” lol which I definitely need to tone down lol 🙃 but hey practice makes perfect right !? And this is a whole lot of practicing before the real thing hehe 😁
Also please excuse my attire 🤣 this was a practice run days before my advocacy class lol
May I add that my feedback from my tutor was quite good, however, towards the end of my submission advocacy I could have tied the conditions in with the “fears of the prosecution” which is the objections to bail, rather then lay it out the way I did at the end. But overall positive feedback so thought I would share in case this may help anyone. Plus we are on this journey together and anyway there is still so much I need to learn ☺️

Hey I am so sorry I am only just seeing this now 🥺 I have not done a bail application all year haha however I will keep this in mind and try and film a video to share 😊

Too many .. Your Honours .. good presentation speed but draw your speech as if talking to a friend rather same tone voice. You have a tendency to over explian .. talk to the magistrate id judge as though you do this all the time ..
