Let's be realistic. I saw them during the Bebe la strange tour in 1980. Awesome show. However she has matured over time. Yes she still has an incredible voice, but she has better control. She has some limitations and has been able to sing around them. I honestly believe she has much better control and can sing naturally better than most female singers to this day. I'm sorry I missed the Mesa AZ show. I find her more entertaining now. Please go look at crazy on you , just the Ann Wilson remake. Definitely a favorite.
I've seen several videos of Ann, and I'm not only impressed with her amazing voice, but I am so pleased that she looks like she wears comfortable shoes when she sings. I cringe shen I see people in heels . Your body is your instrument. I'm glad that Ann takes care of her instrument. The Strativarius of vocal chords.

I adore the song "All I want to Do Is Make Love To You " both the rock version and the acoustic one as well. I came across this video when I came home one day becasue I heard the Dylan classic on the radio and I had to look him up and there you were, singing at his 75 th birthday. The lyrics in this song tells a life time of stories and your version of this classic is wonderfull. Great Energy. Love from Canada. We are around the same age and I live every day to the fullest as age is just a number.

No one else on this planet has that voice, the voice of gold, taken it, and literally rocked entire generations socks off over decades of legendary breaking the mold of rock n roll music and paved the way for generations after her for the female metamorphosis that came after her. She literally paved the way and led the example with a bang and an in your face with that voice... Simply Put: Just like a legend would!

Wow. Again.... I grew up thinking Nancy Wilson was the talent in heart. It's easy to see from the album. And why wouldn't I? Nancy is amazing. Then I saw them in Chula Vista California. OMG... the show is Ann. Its Ann. Ann. Ann. Heart is Ann. She's in the twilight of her career and still overwhelmingly amazing. Love them both.

I've always been an active listener with lyrics, I got that from my mom. I used to read the liner notes religiously as a kid, and know just about every single heart song by heart (memory).

To me, she does sound like her voice has aged. It used to be so smooooth. Now, she’s got a raspy sound to it. This is a great, great song, very ‘important’ in music. Muddy Waters sang about a rollin’ stone first, then The Rolling Stones came along and named themselves after the Muddy Waters song. Then Bob Dylan with this great old song. It’s ageless.
I haven’t read most of these comments, but anyone ragging on her for gaining weight-shut up. You’ll age too. You’ll see. Maybe you’ll be all on your own, a complete unknown, with lots of wrinkles and health problems. Ann Wilson is a great singer. Her weight is not an issue.
