Cooking my grandmother's fried chicken

Today I am making crispy fried chicken like my Abuelita. She would season, then take a palm-full of flour to lightly coat the chicken. She would shallow fry until deep golden brown and crispy. Here is another chicken recipe you might want to try. This is gonna be good!
