Hour Meter installation on Honda CRF250F Dirt bike motorcycle

How to install an hour meter on Honda CRF250F or similar dirt bike. Simple motorcycle hour meter 15 minutes to install.
Dirt bikes and ATVs were originally considered "equipment" rather than the fun all-terrain vehicles we enjoy today. On equipment, maintenance is measured in hours with an hour meter as most of the time you're not traveling miles, but likely idling for long periods doing work or whatever is required of the tool or equipment.

How many hours does this bike need service? In the manual its about 1000 km, but in hours what do you think?

I see the meter counts the spark , what powers the meter , AAA battery or does the pulse from the spark powers the meter
