Sandwiched between the golf course and forest reserve, the view on top of Duet Residence would be astonishing. Well that's only until partial of that reserve land was developed to built something else. Also, this residence is located closely to matured commercial areas such as Puchong and Bukit Jalil but still have that nice distance away for privacy and serenity.
Bandar Kinrara has always been well known for their landed typologies, which indirectly forms great unblocked view for the residents as well. I like the floor layout arrangement, where it provides multiple facade to the unit to maximize openings. Therefore, the unit feels extremely pleasant and spacious because it has both quantity and quality of space.
But the setback currently would be the lack of maintenance. That sticks out a lot during the entire visit. They even refurbished the swimming pool, but I'm glad that the management is still taking actions.
Thanks for an unbiased review of a not so new property, boss. You should review similar properties in the future. Reviewing two or three years old properties can allow us to see the real condition of the buildings in terms of wear and tear and whether it is well maintained or not.
For high rise in BK to rent out, 10kinrara or The Zest probably makes more sense cause of proximity to train station.

Hi Sean, I live nearby and passby this property almost everyday. I have always wondered how it looked on the inside as the outside looks badly maintained. I thought those who bought this property we're lucky due to the fact that it was an apartment in Bandar Kinrara. I've seen enough now 😂. Hi Sean, the construction area behind the residences will construct to become the water reserve area for Petaling 80m litre water . The golf resort will eventually be converted to high rise in the coming 10-15years.. Great reviews! thanks for the good job you did.

Been living around the surrounding areas for more than 10 years and that forest reserve is just getting smaller and smaller one day will dissappear maybe. But I was really curious about this property especially from the outside the facade has been aging quite badly. That aside I am also not a fan of the layout at all. However price is very attractive. Thanks for the review though.

This project is the worse of bandar kinrara development. Just only a few years old, it's already so run down, till swimming pool needs major revamp, lifts not working, and decor at the carpark stripped bare. In fact, even at handover, it's already bad.
Yet you seem to praise this condo more than Paraiso which is at least more presentable.
I felt it is an eyesore in the vicinity of prime real estate, a big setback to the posh bungalows and semi-Ds nearby.
Pass by few times and when i saw the car park facade is rusting make me feel its like a abandoned building before

How the heck they can get kelulusan to built a land under forest reserved area. This is so sad. Pls Malaysian if you have a chance to migrate elsewhere pls do so. This country is bound to doomed with corrupted leaders from the bottom to the top.

forest reserve area is not necessarily permanent in nature. when development necessitates de-gazettement, it can be done. what’s untouchable is national parks.

Nice review, but the condo is just awful! Who wants to invest or reinvest in such a badly build and maintained condo. Looks like a teardown.
But it's more to surface treatments, which also means it's pretty easy to just coat them with a new layer of paint and everything looks new=)
Damm, so badly maintained the facade and overall condition
But the thing is these can be changed within months. A new management team can appear and they take action to refurbish the facade. A fresh coat of paint would instantly give this project a fresh look.

so disappointing for a new condo for all those facade ageing..looks like 15yr old apartment...layout is so-so only(not wow!)nice view though BUT,wats with forest "reserve"?reserve for kronis?then rogol the serene forest...somewhat feels like u were forced to do this review,coz its like wasted ur precious time to review a not-so Sean's pick..hmmm(*looks like i'm using alot of ur linggo-ooopss!)...but,anyhow,its ALL about ur presentation tat matters!i ignored the project,just listen u talk...satisfied!
Well I felt that it's good to have a twist in the choice of property. Sometimes we might just take things for granted and this version shown us most of the other projects are reasonably okay hahaha. It's only fair for us to make judgement when we have seen the best, the okay, the not-so-good, and the bads.
