First impression, the project felt exactly like their KL project along Jalan Tun Razak. In terms of material application, built quality, design detailings and etc, I really enjoyed it. Also, it actually took me a long time to visit all of the facilities provided ranging from sandy beach, library, AV room, co-working space, sky gardens, jogging track, indoor badminton courts and so much more. Overall, it's just exciting to think about living here with your family as there're just so many things to do.
However, I wish the site condition could be at similar standards. The Silk highway does provide convenience but it also brings noise, dust and traffic congestions. Also, I didn't like the one way circulation because I missed my first turn and I have to make several U-turns to be back.
Staying as tenant for a month now. Gonna say is by far the best condo I stay!! Love the environment and facility. Main points the material apply really boost the quality of living. However not good for investment due to the pricing and location. Even the rental I paying, the owner don’t earn anything lol. Summary if buy for own stay (do consider your budget due to now only left 3 room unit) or renting, this place is amazing. The price you paid is worth it I gonna say. All the coming and completed condo around is no match in terms of the quality.
I don't know why but I am always happy to see high-rise developments that provide yards in their units. Because I am old school so I'd really appreciate a yard for laundry purposes. Never liked having my washers in the kitchen. 🤣

the build quality is really top notch wow kudos to the architect and developer...big size also 1500sqft...but erm 3 lifts for 9 units per floor sounds high density...900k for a high density project ermmmm.... nice drone shots btw

Thanks Sean for the review, yes overall I am satisfied with the results, my unit here only have little common defect such as hollow tiles. Overall yes I am satisfied. Just need to close eyes with the entrance, if miss it need to do a long U-turn. Haha

wow!impressive facilities treatment,n optimization,esp the private beach(mmg WIN!),the badminton courts n the jogging track!like u said,the hway n the industrial zone spoils the view,plus the noise...n also its too dense(3 blocks)...lobby n reception seems somewat like four seasons sikit!

The price is a bit unconvincing in this location compared to surrounding neighbors but the developer's brand, material, common facilities, size of unit and interior design treatment is win in this location so far. 🌚

Strictly speaking Akasa located in Kajang instead of Cheras.
Balakong divided by Kajang SILK Highway into few mukim, at the north side is Cheras eg Akasa sales office/Mercedes showroom, AEON Cheras Selatan, while Akasa located at south side is in Kajang , the same apply to Menara Simfoni, Taming Jaya etc.

Some info i compiled from the agent
1. ( *It's 46 floors total per block*. G-8 floor are carparks. 9-46 floor are residence
Total residence only *37 floor per block.*)
2. 650 units/block. *18 units per floor*. It is split into 9 units on the right and left. *Both cant cross over to each other's side* Each side serviced by different lifts.
3. Access card only allows u to go to your floor & facilities. 7 lifts is supposedly in excess as normally only 4-5 would be needed for project of this density.
4. 2 corner units/floor but they are type B (1.2ksqft)
5. Maintenance is 0.11sen/sqft
Love the finished product but not a personal fav neighborhood.

@@iherng well we should keep shinning such positive feedback to the market and developers. Sometimes such awareness is good and will eventually spill over to others to copy cat. End of the day consumers can benefit.
didn't mention tile size for the living room look like 600x600 porcelain tiles, the room floor look like should be laminate flooring then timber floors
It's not good to have the AC units at the balcony area as it will be very noisy and you can feel the heat.

Well it's under the jurisdiction of the management. That to ensure there will be a consistent design of grille across the corridor.
