      Hey

      Some chocolate needs proper tempering

      @Rasna Doowa Mendiratta
      Actually candy melts,melting wafers or almond bark not need the tempering process
      But if you use real chocolate then it does need tempering
      You can use the double boiler method to melt the chocolate
      I mostly use Ghirardelli melting wafers or almond bark and i did not had any melting problems even after storing for 3
      weeks below 70 F

    • @carneeasadaa
      @carneeasadaa Před 3 lety

      I’ve used ghiradelli and they melt just fine
      you have to melt for 30 sec then stir (so the bottom melts don’t burn cause that’s why it hardens ) and put back in for another 30 sec and stir, that should be enough. No vegetable oil needed, they always come out the right consistency for dipping.
