I needed a wheelchair to get over to the cablecar ride, but once there there was no way I could stand that long at the front then go up the stairs to the second deck and wait again and with very little time till our afternoon excursion in a boat so we had to cancel that NCL cablecar to the top. Then the NCL Sunset champagne cruise was not as advertised. It had no champagne and no sunset and NCL gave us a $150 non-refundable OBC which was a terrible way to get your money back. It's use was limited to what they said you could use it on onboard.

The drinks were not included. They were $12 or $14. I can’t remember.
