INGREDIENTS,
fresh pineapple/canned pineapple- 75g
blend & make a pineapple paste -50g
eggs medium size - 03/55g each
lemon juice/vinegar -1/4 tsp for egg white beaten
sugar - 50g/(1/4 cup)
cooking oil/veg oil/ melted butter - 40ml/(1/4 cup)
pineapple essence - 1/4 tsp(optional)
yellow food color - 1/4 tsp(optional
salt-1/4 tsp
cake/all purpose flour/maida - 60g(1/2 cup)
baking powder - 1/2 tsp
Bake at 160°c for 30-35mins
loaf cake pan size - 4"x 7"
Bowl and beater not contain water,it should be clean and dry ,not use spoil egg(near to exper date),add 1/4 tsp of lemon juice or salt or cream of tartar before the whisk, and add sugar little by little during the whisk, Eggs should be at room temperature and do'not mix egg whites with egg yolk. these factors more important to make a prefect egg white meringue and perfect cake.

Swati I read the rest of the ingredients and I see where she added a bit of cream if tartar to the egg whites. That would make sense because that would add a bit of firmer egg white which I think could add a bit more body to the cake. Oh well we learn from our mistakes but she should of added to the recipe. Happy baking!!!🎉

Thanks....came out wonderful....I added 1/4 tsp of baking soda too...it came out moist and yum! But egg whites didn't give the peaks? Can you give me the reason why?

we baked 160°c for 30-35mins ,not 180°c ,plz check in the video or description box.

Can it be made without eggs
Ingredient ,
Curd - 1/2 CUP
Sugar- 1/2 CUP
Baking powder - 1/2 TSP
Baking soda - 1/4 TSP
Oil - 1/4 CUP
Vanilla essence- 1/2 TSP
flour - 1 CUP
1.Curd ,sugar mix then add baking powder and baking soda ,again mix ,next add oil , vanilla , pineapple pure , finally add flour and mix gently and bake 180°c for 30-35mins

Did you add correct amounts of the ingredients and bake 160°c for 30-35mins in preheated oven? May be lttle temperature vary from oven to oven.

I regret having followed this recipe since my cake turned a blunder without any soda in the recipe. It wasn't tasty since it wasn't soft , unlike a cake . Wouldn't like others to commit the blunder.

So was mine it fell, flatten but still tasty I did have an bitter after taste. Next time I’ll put 1/4 t of baking soda.I made 5 loafs so yes I had 15 eggs. Next time I think I’ll add a bit more flour.
@@juanitamcgary4621 but the recipe doesn't use Baking Soda, it only uses Baking powder. So does it mean, we need to use Both, Baking powder and Baking soda, in the cake batter?
