Yes the M.2 are the best and not all laptop have them yet, the gaming laptop are equipped with them but the standard laptops are very much just SSD base these days.

However upon entering the license key and thereafter agreeing the terms and condition, when I choose "Custom: Install Windows Only (advanced) ", it keeps showing me this message that it could not find any drives.
I’m having problems with the laptop. I can’t connect to things like WiFi or Bluetooth. I’m not sure what to do. Is the problem the version of windows (it’s on windows 8)

Agree with Ross, any fool can swap drives, copying the software over is another issue, or do you suggest we buy all new software - you haven't finished this video
A non Topic: I want to get a Bottom chase for this model. Any lead on that. I'm from Bangladesh! The Left hinge got broken and it's been like this since! Anyone know would help me a lot!

Probably AOMEI Backupper, since that one pretty much does a 1:1 copy of the source on the target drive.

Yes if you can upgrade the Bois do this to see if it pick it up, some really old laptop may have issue

You need to install windows on it once the drive install, check the bios that is see the new ssd and then install windows

update your drivers, mine didn't connect it only worked with wired but after I updated my drivers it works

Make sure you have the latest bios updates install and also check you running the latest drives for the graphic card

If you buy crucial ssd they have free tool for cloning system drive. work like charm.

You need to reinstall windows if you install a new ssd drive
