Video on what "rep" wheels are better performing or look "better"(different) than the wheels that they are replicas of. I think that would be a super cool video, and I think that you're the company that I could trust the most with that kind of list. Assuming you have explanations of what's different that is.

I think the most important thing is the heritage of the company and the quality of the wheel. I honestly don’t care much if it looks similar to another design. They’re wheels, you only can design a 5 spoke so many ways.

Glad e36s have such a huge oem wheel market for rather cheap. Some more wanted styles are expensive but they don’t stand out much unless you get a rare style/m wheel/bbs
I bought a set of Enkei TS5’s in 18x9.5 from you guys for about 1k shipped where everywhere else they were $1200 at the time. They weigh about 21lbs and the finish is great! Affordable, light, look great, and I haven’t really seen anyone in my area with them

I am curious how to pick a good strong wheel that is light weight. My first set of rims looked great but were really heavy which i dod not care about but apparently were "show rims" and flexed at speed causing it to not be able to go for long drives without blowing out the sidewall of the tire
Big thing is to do some research on some reputable brands that YOU personally like or that your friends have had a good experience, and find out some reviews! We have some on our channel if you take a search, if you want some personal recommendations, Konigs are a good and not to plug our own brand.. But Anovia are great choice also! So question for y'all: Are Enkei Onx wheels reps? I have a set and I get conflicting comments. Some people call them disgusting reps, others say they're just a cheap wheel but not really a rep, I love how they look regardless but I've never been able to get a clear answer. If anyone knows please help clarify this for me, thank you. (Also if you know they're reps and know what they are a rep of please let me know that as well)

Oh man, the SN95 has a lot of options there. Just tell them what you want, IE staggered, a little poke, or flush. lowered springs, bags. If you give the engine all the data it will find every set-up possible on an SN95 chassis.
They gave me a staggered set-up, that was hella close to perfect fitment. The 370 has some rear hips. I still needed 20mm spacers in the back.

I plan on getting a set o f wheels+tires but this is 1 thing I feel I just can't spend a ton of money on simply because its literally exposed to would be thieves, curbs, pot holes, etc. It's hard spending a ton of money on something that is somewhat fragile compared to maybe something you store in your home. Granted, this would also apply to the car itself & the phone in your pocket. Though, there really aren't replica phones or cars.

I was struggling to find 5x100 wheels in any decent specs too so i went with Japan racing. You can get them made to your offset and pcd

This whole rep wheel thing is getting really annoying. "Real wheel" companies copy or make similar designs as other "real" wheel companies too! I understand this largely came from cheap wheel companies ripping off bbs and volk designs. But certain companies don't have a trademark on the amount of spokes on a wheel ffs. Reminds me of how if you didn't wear Oakleys or Ray bands in 2010 you had "fake" sunglasses
This is an overlooked comment. It totally hits the mark. People learned later that over 90% of "name brand" glasses were made under ONE ROOF! Same with different wheel brands, amongst other automotive parts.
