    Hey Jess,
I looked all over the internet and wanted to find a sleeve template tutorial bc I just have zero idea how to make it. Man oh man. You detail SO MUCH. I would have stressed so bad about the points you stated “don’t worry about this - it’ll do this and it’s no big deal”. Like your tutorial skills are epic and the way you ensure the small things that most people take for granted is unmatched for a neurodivergent like myself. Thank you so very much for helping me want to do this and feel fairly confident. I appreciate it

Isn't it crazy, Mary-Ann? I think it's just such a quick, satisfying scrap buster. Definitely helps get oneself out of a sewing rut.

I just made one to fit a refillable cup for an amusement park. I couldn’t make a standard bottle carrier because you have to scan the bottom of the cup to get free refills. I added loops on top to thread through the cup’s handle (so it won’t fall off while being carried) and to attach a long carrying strap.

Hi! Thanks for sharing. Can you do a tutorial for coffee sleeves for ceramic mug cups (a cup with a handle) to keep warm and not the plastic stuff from coffee shops? It needs to wrap around and attach one end either with a button, velcro or elastic I suppose.
Many of us rarely go out now because of pandemic and we are advised by our government not to socialize with anyone in person and we don’t dine out or go to cafe/coffee shops outside but we consume coffee at home. This means ceramic mug cup and not stainless or plastic coffee cups we used to use before pandemic days. Thanks!

Yup! Just spray it with glue or use a glue stick to hold it in place before sewing. During top stitch you'll sew through the felt for a permanent hold.
