That's the rim obviously not being secretive about the rim but are about the base. maybe they will do it like fanatec rim has Xbox compatibility,the new base is playstation. If that's the case goodbye thrustmaster and fanatec

Fanatec is compatible with xbox on the steering wheel. This may possibly support xbox with other moza models with a steering wheel.
please make my r12 ps5 compatible xd (im guessing it already kind of is but the steering wheel isnt)
I have R9 and was going to update to the R12. Some minor advantages over R9 like being able to connect everything to the wheel for cable management. Lets see... Yes just in time for FORZA.

So I’ve been toying with the idea of upgrading to a DD Base and was just about to pull the trigger on the Fanatec WRC wheel for my CSL Elite base cos I need a round rim for Forza (currently only have the Clubsport V2.5X rim) but this could definitely change things!!!
Don’t do it firmware is horrible, at least for R5
@@Drift4God well the current limited rim choice and the pedals are gona mean I wont be going down this route at the mo. If i go with the CSL DD I can keep my loadcell pedals and my Clubsport V2.5X rim as well as pick up the WRC rim, so that’s probably what I’ll do, but i’m in no rush at all anyway.
@@johnegan6608 the wheel was really good and then firmware dropped a month and a half ago, and customer support became very sarcastic and rude whenever anyone (many did) pointed out the firmware causing major issues.

judging by the length of the base (0:07) it's disappointing this will be entry level. i would guess 2-3nm with built-in power supply (no external power brick)
It’s good it’s entry level. Gets more people into sim racing n their brand for a low price. This is a W move

I hope that there will be standalone Xbox compatible wheel rim. And having this rim makes your R5/9/12/16/20 compatible with Xbox. Like Fanatec base. Would be nice 🙂

Moza> Fanatec All The Way Now. I'm on pc and this never effected me but now that they are getting console compatibility it is over for fanatec
minor detail- the fanatec ecosystem allows much higher force feedback base paired with a console-compat wheel. moza console-compat might be limited to this new base which appears to be in 2-3nm range

@abuelb right. People were saying it on the fb groups. It's definitely a new base. Which again leading to I doubt the torque will be high
No PS compatibility, seems like the base will carry the compatibility chip, R3 with 3.9 Nm of torque and a Xbox edition of the ES wheel.
@adolfovalle7077 eugh why. Xbox already has that on the market. Moza could've came in and one upd it. Ah well. I'll stick with my original plan for the r12 and buy and adaptor
