So glad I discovered your channel. It’s nice to be able to see the what the hikes are going to be like before I try them. It’s been extremely helpful and I thank you kindly. Cheers! :)
thanks for the kind words! I just started the channel in August and just need it to grow! i think I have the best hiking content out there! Where do you live?
@@HikingEngineer I’m sure your channel is destined to do great!😬I live in Pahrump. I highly recommend hiking Pahrump Point. Just over the border into California. Think you would enjoy that one if you haven’t done it yet!
@@HikingEngineer It is a bit in the middle of nowhere. It’s in the town of Shoshone, they have a really neat little museum worth checking out! If you’re out that way though..recommend Corkscrew Peak in Death Valley if you haven’t done that one. Did both of these this winter. Definitely my favorites from this winter hiking season.
Bridge mountain is an amazing place. Wish you had time to do it from Pine Creek Canyon it’s a totally different adventure. If you get up in Zion the Bridge Mountain there is supposed to have some pucker factor. I heard you mention Stav and his site has beta for it. North Guardian Angel from Wildcat Trail in backcountry seems amazing as well. Great vid!!!
i did south and north guardian on Saturday (the day after I did Bridge and Wilson in Red Rock), so videos coming! I've done most of the harder offtrial peaks in Zion, as I'm sure you've seen from my videos (G2, Lady, Kinesava, Mtn of the Sun, etc). I haven't done Bridge yet but it's the same as G2 more or less so i will some day
@@HikingEngineerman you know how to make the most of a long weekend. You covered some ground! This hike looked like a lot of fun, I’m adding it to my list. Can’t wait for the Utah videos!
Oh nice, love Bridge Mountain, done it and many of the other peaks and sub peaks all over area several times! I live in Vegas and there are so many cool scrambles in Red Rock. Which others are you planning on doing while here?
well I'm gone now was there last week! The last 3 videos I've posted (Secret Canyon to Lost Palm Hot Springs, Redcap, and Bridge -- and Wilson still to be posted) were from my Vegas trip, but then I hopped into southern Utah so be on the lookout for a hard offtrail peak in Zion, small stuff along Cottonwood Canyon Road, then Buckskin Gulch
@@HikingEngineer Ah! Couldn't tell when the videos were from haha. But that's awesome man you hit some good peaks but there's so much more, and definitely routes that turn up the exposure factor that you would dig based on your channel! I actually just came back from a trip out to White Pocket and Buckskin Gulch for Memorial Day weekend was great out there. Love cottonwood road tons of cool hikes out there hope you checked out Round Valley Draw!
@@dominez702 i did! I hit Bull Valley Gorge, Willis Creek narrows (and some of Averett), Round valley draw, Grosvenor arch (climbed to top), and yellow rock on Sunday, then did white house to wire pass Monday. Videos coming in time!

Nice footage! What gear do you use? The video quality is excellent. I'd like to purchase one to record my adventures. Do you have any recommendations?
i have a gopro hero9 black, but that model is like 4 years old, so they have newer versions
