I'm a certifiled healthcare practitioner with National Diploma in orthopeadic with over 3 years clinical experience.
I did courses on Alison and Florence Academy.
Must I have 15 standard care courses?
No and yes.
If you fill in the NHS job application on Trac online you will see that they ask whether you have a care certificate.
Some jobs adverts don’t ask about the 15 standards of care some others do.
This is my opinion, do what pleases you to get what you want.

Hello Cynthia.I have applied for Nhs job for band 3 severally but i email that they dont sponsor band 3.
If you watched this from the beginning till the end. You will know that they sponsor Band 3 Step II and not Band 3 Step I. If you don’t have enough experience, they may not put you in Step II.
Try NHS Trust in London, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
