    10:00 Citation X ?.. I’d say it costs quite a bit more than a Citation X to operate. Think they pulled the ending from his Citation video

    You can essentially have a private jet for free if you are leasing it out to charter companies when you are not using it. Plus if you incorporate it into your business you can write off most of the expenses.

      Leasing will NEVER cover the cost of Jet ownership, rather offset it!

      Imo I doubt whomever can afford the newest G series GulfStream Jets is seriously thinking of chartering them out, the new G400 ($35M new) series on up are the creme la creme of private Jets, they can fly 51000 feet at 650+ mph for 4200 (that covers NY to London without stopping) miles minimum, sure owners can charter them however they are so rich they don’t need to. I seriously doubt it ever crosses their mind. The person who owns one of these Jets has a minimum $400M in the bank, they pay a pilot or two pilots $250K each after taxes minimum yearly salary, they just sit in the Jet hangar office the owner leases waiting for the call to get ready.....ring, ring, ring, ........get the Jet ready, .......fuel her up, ........we’re going to Madrid. 😊

      You will never offset 100% of the cost by charter or by tax write offs. One thing you can’t control is depreciation which is accelerated by leasing it out as more hours and use are accumulated. You can never offset the total and complete cost associated with ownership unless you follow the Netjet model and obtain 150% of fractional owners then fly as many hours as you can all the time using up every ounce of use of the jet.

    Your smoking dope if you think your getting two G550 pilots for 200k total your about 150K short on that number.. Decent Capt easily 200K and good FO 150k per year.. You can easily get a Flight attendant for 75k....

    The guy who commented that putting your G550 on charter and then writing off the rest of your ownership costs-Watch out for these guys! Just not true anyway you look at it! Don’t drink the Kool-Aid!

    Cabin is lovely and spacious, but if I’m looking for speed , the Citation X + is surely the way to go.

      After a trans-Atlantic flight of several hours, cabin comfort will win over a slight speed advantage every time.

    The only problem with your channel is you done know how to pronounce most of the other airlines and even Gulfstrram itself. For instance it’s not a Gulfstrram “V”. It’s the Gulfstrram V (“5”)
