THANK YOU! This video saved us a $300 service/repair fee! Thankfully, we now know 1)how to turn them off & on correctly, and 2)the hearing aids are ok & don't have to go out for repair! 👍
Thank you so much. I tried going on the app and the videos don’t work. It’s a blessing that you put them on CZcams. Thank you..
Thank you very much, just I bought rechargeable Phonak, and your show was just in time!
We are happy to hear that you find our videos helpful! Thanks for commenting here as well.
Thx for vid. Is it possible that aids dont turn off automatic in case? I have new one, just one week and interesting why loose battery power so much. Thx for answer.
Thank you.

your captions are blocking the entire video so those of us who are Def can't see what you're doing. 😮
Hello and thank you for reaching out to us.
I'm not able to reproduce what you are seeing, however I believe that is due to the captions size being a viewer preference. You can manage and adjust how you, specifically, are viewing the captions. Here is a link to the CZcams help center about this topic and how to adjust to your preferences (note you'll be able to select which device you are viewing the videos on as well for step by step instructions): support.google.com/youtube/answer/100078?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop&oco=0#zippy=%2Cchange-default-size-style-of-captions
