    Thanks, John! Hearing loss is usually gradual and people deny their symptoms far too long, blaming everyone and everything else. And thank you for your music through the years.

      That's a great question! Patients do have the capability to remove and insert the Lyric by themselves. Our audiologists show patients how to do so in our office!

      Some of us did. I started treating elderly people at 21. I have always protected my hearing after seeing what it was like to be old and HOH. My hearing isn't perfect but it is still very, very good in all situations. I make occasional errors with the most common consonant sounds that fade away with age when listening when there is no context. Maybe a few times a year. And I will have no shame in getting hearing aides when I need them. Function is everything. Everything.

    What if the light is solid green while in the charger but the hearing aid will not turn on after removing from charger? Is there a reset method? This one does not have a toggle but only a single button/light

      Hello! When you say it won't turn on, do you mean it doesn't make sound after removed from the charger? If that's the case, you might need to clean your devices. If it still won't make a sound, then it may require repair. Call our office and we will be able to help you. 718-745-6363

    THANK YOU! This video saved us a $300 service/repair fee! Thankfully, we now know 1)how to turn them off & on correctly, and 2)the hearing aids are ok & don't have to go out for repair! 👍
