- Barrister and UKLFI Charitable Trust Legal Director Natasha Hausdorff says Hamas has been “very vocal” about using the prospect of a two-state solution as a platform to continue its “annihilistic agenda” against Israel.
Mr Hausdorff told Sky News host Sharri Markson that the “so-called moderates” in the West Bank have been funding the “terror salaries”.
“So, the notion that there is any partner there for peaceful negotiations towards a two-state solution has been utterly destroyed by what we saw seven months ago.”

How do you stop people on both sides of this conflict, from feeling the need to seek revenge for what they've lost?

Nationhood for Palestinians means internal democracy and dissent and debate and working with discipline and diligence and cooperation with neighbours.
Peace will come when hostages are released. Hostages have not been released means Gazans don't want peace yet.

The female news anchor quickly attributed the UNGA vote on Palestine to the events of October 7th without acknowledging that her own country, as well as the USA, Europe and the rest of the civilised world not forgetting the most moral country and army Israel, have not supported Palestinian statehood for the last 40 to 70 years. She didn't discuss potential actions that could advance this cause, yet was fast to place blame on HAMAS. Your follow-up might be to ask if I condemn HAMAS, which cleverly highlights the perceived double standards and hypocrisy often seen in such media discussions. Keep going, i means thats your bread and butter a.k.a your living. What else can I add?

A two stage solution has been offered at least 5 times and has been rejected five times. There is no negotiation with people that support genocide. The elected government of Gaza, Hamas, seeks to "obliterate" Israel - it states that explicitly in the preamble to its founding document, "The Covenant of Hamas" (1988).
Of course, Nat, a two state solution sees hamas' grip on power disappear. Of course you know that such a solution sees Baby Butcher Benny's grip on power dissolve as well.
