@@dailydoseofshortmemes2535 no, fuck you
For anyone wondering the science behind this, when you shake a soda, pressure builds inside the container, and when you open it, it depressurizes rapidly. However because the pressure under the ocean is so high, the pressure inside the bottle is equalized
But isn’t he inside a pressurized unit? If the pressure of the underwater room he is in is equal to 1 atmospheric pressure than how would the soda react as if it were in an environment with higher atmospheric pressure???
@@ziggity7851Technically it is a pressurized unit. 2.5 atmospheres is the pressure inside the research platform. The platform has an open hole on the floor to the outside. The air pressure is equal to the water pressure. 2.5 atm means about 50 ft underwater.
@@b4c0n33Oh that makes sense thank you so much for explaining I’ve been curious about that for a while now
@@ziggity7851Most underwater hab's are pressurized to, just like the coke, keep pressure equalized to prevent from it collapsing
Thanks very much. I left high school 50 years ago so, as much as l am still interested in how the world works, sometimes the explanations are a little cryptic for me. 😊
