EXPOSED! VINCENT GALLO & Joseph P. Costa guilty of malicious prosecution against Hikari Takano

- Vincent Gallo & his corrupt attorney Joseph P. Costa of CostaLaw (formerly Costa, Besser, Childress) filed a frivolous malicious lawsuit against journalist Hikari Takano on May 2, 2016, for publishing Gallo's 2003 interview audio for 'Free & Easy' magazine. 13 years after the interview & 6 years after the posting on Takano's website HikariTakano.co
Takano & First Amendment attorney Jeff Lewis responded with an anti-SLAPP motion. Judge William F. Fahey heard the instant Special Motion to Strike at Los Angeles Superior Court on August 11, 2016. Judge Fahey granted the anti-SLAPP motion & the plaintiff, Gallo, was ordered pay defendant, Takano's, attorney fees. However, Gallo & Costa filed a notice of appeal with the court, & the case was not finalized until March, 2017 when Gallo gave up the appeal.
This documentary & interview with Jeff Lewis created by Hikari Takano proves the baseless & malicious nature (intentional infliction of emotional distress) of the lawsuit filed by Gallo, & the abuse of process, negligent misrepresentation, defamation, fraud & perjury committed by Gallo's witnesses, & his team of attorneys from Costa, Besser, Childress & ARTech Law.

Two things Gallo always was outspoken not p.c. and I found that refreshing. He did an on air interview with Howard stern where He s talking crap about a lot of people and he says fag a lot in that interview . It was a great interview. The second part of the interview is a very different tone . I'm not saying he didn't know he was recorded in the first interview but he is much more friendly upbeat the convo flowed better. The 2nd part on phone it was awkward it was like pulling teeth to get him to answer questions and he was much more guarded
I'm curious why that is . I figured he s just a moody guy . I think in the first interview maybe he realized he said things that were too out there like that he was a criminal that Eric Roberts and Julia had an incest thing or that Eric raped her. He said jew and fag. Like I said on stern he said fag freely but maybe not jew bc he was on stern and stern is Jewish . I wonder why he was so wierd in the second interview and why he would sue .

I don’t understand why VG was so against the audio being put out there. I listened to it and it’s him being his outspoken unPC self. Nothing new. All of a sudden he doesn’t want to be that guy or for people to know he is that guy??

Why was he so angry about the article? Did Julia Roberts or Spike Lee try to sue him?
why would he speak that stuff into a microphone? anyways, best policy is to always assume you're being surveilled and or possibly exploited.
