A group of pedestrians was knocked over by strong winds in western China’s Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. The wind saw local meteorological authorities issue the highest warning signal.

I think i only experienced strong winds like this once, basically when you walk against the wind, it would make you look like you are leaning 45 degrees

We was walking along the NE coast of the UK. A storm came some hours later and the wind was a bit like that. We had get down low and pull ourselves along using the wire fence.

I think the ground is slippery too
I think the design of the town in general, causes it to become windy, perhaps being in the valley. The architects of the roads should have made them accustomed to that environment.

Lol no the winds have to be much stronger for that and infact Chinese buildings are trash the collapse without reason you can actually watch Videos or see pictures of Chinese people complaining that their floor collapsed or how skyscrapers just fall
