Right now with tears in my eyes witnessing my father's last stand against cancer... I just gotta say, thank you life, thank you God for letting me have such an awesome and unstoppable human being to raise me. I will harden my face and get up to work my ass off to be worthy of him and his teachings.
Every time I need to deal with some heavy shit in my life, Disturbed decides to release a new album. And every time there is a track or two which coincide with what I'm dealing with. Having lost my 'mother' a short two months ago, I slipped into a mild depression borne from a loss of purpose in life. But I need to get out there and take back my life, make something out of it and honour her memories.
If anyone from Disturbed reads this : Thank you for all the music that motivates me whenever I feel like Life's giving me too much to deal with. You are an inspiration to me and undoubtedly countless others out there!

It's interesting that of all the songs on the album this has the lowest amount of views when it's one of the best.
Truth hurts and this song wants to make you confront it.
Give it time, things get recognition over time. But I agree, the whole album is incredible, normally most artists release an album and I like some but never all... This entire album there's not a single song I haven't had on repeat!

I love how all these years later, Disturbed is still making amazing music I can rock out. Honestly, it's been a privilege to be a fan for as long as I have and I hope to be able to say this for years to come. Another great song guys, as always!

Thanks for this Disturbed! I have recently been struggling from a broken heart missing my ex. I'm a soccer goalkeeper, and I was pretty good but lately I have got a lot worse. Same with playing the bass guitar. I have been losing myself. Just sitting home alone for days wondering how and why it all happens. But this song empowers to take back control and become my old self again!

My dad passed not long ago, and ive been lost he was always there for me and every night i sleep i see him. As i was scrolling for new songs this one popped up, leave it to disturbed to know how to reach their audience. Its gonna be hard but i have to try and every step of the way this song will be my war cry. When i have gone past this hill the first thing I'll do is show this to the next person in need. In line with the rest of the album, I love this song's message: take responsibility of your own life, no one else is responsible for you but YOU. The entire album is dead on regarding our post-pandemic society (and maybe this evolution started before that and was merely punctuated by the pandemic) and how far we've gone to destroy ourselves. Thank you, Disturbed, for vocalizing this and putting it out there for the world to hear.

I got about halfway through, so far, and this could be possibly better than 10,000 Fists album. Just that in itself is a milestone! Down with the Sickness is just a jewel that will never really be topped :) It's best that way because it is the Mona Lisa of Disturbed.
